You may have noticed that people’s bodies all seem to fall into four distinct shapes. Many people think that the shape of the body is purely genetic and there is nothing that can be done about it. The Liver body type typically will have a pot-belly. Dry skin, dandruff and a yellowish eye-color – these signs show the liver body type being caused by a malfunctioning liver. It is recommended that the liver body type follow a body type diet that contains a good serving of potassium and protein from eggs and fish. Bananas are good for this body type diet due to its high potassium content. Compliment this body type diet with short, intense work outs and you will see signs of improvement.
The Ovary body type will only affect women. The areas being affected are around the hips and the thighs. A specific diet for an ovary body type should include a good serving of anti-estrogen vegetables, and protein that are hormone-free. Along with light, intense exercise, this diet will result in an improved figure.
A Thyroid body type will often be the case if your body fat is evenly distributed throughout your body, rather than a large mass of fat in one region. For this body type diet, iodine-rich foods should be replacing fatty sweets. Iodine can be found in many vegetables, and for the thyroid body type diet, an ample percentage of vegetables are recommended, along with a little exercise.
